Abstract

This article explains of PAI leraning in MA Darussalam description. Such as reward and punishment kinds, its implementaion, supporting and obstacle factors to the implementation of reward and punishment. This study is qualtative research with analitical descriptive approach. The collection of the data used observation, interview and documentation technique. The data then analyzed by reduction, display and conclusion as technique. This article concluded that: strict ethics code is enferced for all citizens of the school; the teachers give reward and punishment to their students to support its their learning; such kinds of rewards are praise, greeting, smile, giving trust, award certificate, trophy and scholarship. Whereas, the punishments are failing a grade, not pass the exam, cleaning class, standing outside the class, summarizing subjects, cutting hair and standing at the gate. The impelmentation of reward and punishment is done both by teachers, deputy head of the student school, intra-school students organization (OSIS) or community care organization (OPK) and the head master. The enforcement is in and out of the class and so in their home. The supporting factors is the compactness of all its citizens, then the obstacle one is few teachers who understand their students background.
