Abstract

Japan is known as one of the countries that has a high work ethic. The impact it causes is very diverse, starting from the economic, educational, and technological fields. Starting from the destruction of the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan rose to build its country. By relying solely on human resources, Japan from year to year can develop its country very advanced. A high work ethic cannot be separated from the existing organizational management, namely with a detailed, rigid, and structured system. Therefore, Japan has the characteristics of a disciplined, skilled, and cooperative work ethic in managing its organization so that the work targets are in accordance with the goals to be achieved
