Educational approaches, etc.</p> </div> Prodi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam STAI Darussalam en-US Intizam, Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islam 2598-8514 Strategi Menghafal Al-Qur’an di SMPU BP Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto <p>Amanatul Ummah Junior High School has a superior program for memorizing the Koran at least 9 chapters using a unique strategy. This study aims to present a strategy for memorizing the Koran at SMPU BP Amanatul Ummah and to find the supporting and inhibiting factors of this memorization strategy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The data obtained through three techniques, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that the strategies for memorizing the Koran at Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto Junior High School are as follows: a) Growing and developing students' talents in memorizing the Koran b) Forming a team of tahfidz teachers with the title hafidz hafidzah. c) Improving and perfecting the management of tahfidz al-Qur'an d) Improving mechanisms and methods e) There will be graduations for those who meet the minimum target of 9 juz and f) Evaluation. Second. Supporting and inhibiting factors in memorizing the Koran at Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto Junior High School. For the supporting factors, namely: 1) There is self-awareness from students. 2) Perseverance and intelligence of students in memorizing the Qur'an 3) There is encouragement and motivation from family, parents and relatives. 4) Choose the right time to memorize the Qur'an. 5) Being under the auspices of the Amanatul Ummah Islamic boarding school. As for the inhibiting factors, namely: 1) Lack of motivation and attention from family, parents and teachers. 2) Inadequate infrastructure facilities. 3) Laziness and lack of awareness in students in memorizing the Qur'an. 4) The atmosphere is not conducive.</p> Moh. Children's character can be formed well if in the process of child development there is sufficient space so that children can express themselves freely. This is closely related to character building, where children's character education must be formed from an early age. This is because early childhood is at a golden age which we must really stimulate and stimulate to the fullest in all aspects of its development. Building early childhood education is different from building other levels of education, because this education provides opportunities for children to be able to enjoy their world, namely the main world. Play is a means for children to learn so that it can be said that early childhood learning is playing. In everyday life, humans cannot be separated from the terms behavior and attitudes. Discipline is the most important function of Human Resource Management (HRM) and serves as a benchmark to determine whether other Human Resource Management (HRM) functions have been implemented properly or not. Good employee discipline reflects that other Human Resource Management (MSDM) functions have been carried out according to plan. Conversely, if employee discipline is not good, it means that the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) functions in the organization is also not good. If there is a conflict related to employee discipline, then a leader must act immediately to resolve the conflict. Negative conflicts must be solved or resolved as soon as possible, while positive conflicts are maintained to spur increased productivity or organizational performance. Conflict can be minimized and becomes a positive thing if there is a leader in the organization who is able to manage conflict well. Thus conflict can be negative or positive depending on how the leader handles it. Leadership behavior will form a culture that is sustainable from year to year that provides real results for achieving organizational goals. The relationship between leadership and the organization is a social dimension of the organization which has recently become an interesting study. Leadership research emphasizes characteristics, behavior, power and influence, and situational approaches which are still one-way. The focus of the study in this research is the decision-making behavior in terms of disciplinary policies, management recruitment patterns and leadership behavior orientation tendencies in the Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Islamic boarding school, Kediri. This type of research is aqualitative research with a composition of research design methods, presence of researchers, research locations, data sources, data collection procedures, data analysis, data validity checking, research stages. And the conclusion from this study is that decision-making behavior in the disciplinary policies of the Islamic boarding school Hidayatul Mubtadi-ien Lirboyo Kediri is based on provisions that already exist in Islamic boarding schools. Hasyim Asy'ari dalam Kitab Ada al-Alim wa al-Muta'allim <p>The concepts of Al-Zarnuji and K.H.Hasyim Asy‟ari are two thinkers of Islamic education, they not only talk about education but also discuss the management of Islamic education, through their work, namely Ta'lim al-Muta'allim and Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim covering planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling although it is not as complete as education management which is mostly used in Indonesia. The focus of the study of the concept of Islamic education management perspective al-Zarnuji in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim, the perspective of K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim, on the differences and similarities between the concept of Islamic educational management perspective al-Zarnuji in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim and K.H. Hasyim Asy‟ari in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim. The orientation of this paper study is to show that the concepts brought by al Zarnuji in his book are planning, organizing, actuating and controlling, as well as the concept of Islamic education management in the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim. The striking difference from the form of management of Islamic education expressed by the two books is in the actuating function, where the book of Adab al-'Alim wa al-Muta'allim how to move students and teachers in the teaching and learning process using the Qur‟an and hadith which explains the primacy of the knowledgeable person and the virtues of the knowledge itself while in the book of Ta'lim al-Mu'ta'allim the process of moving it uses the story of a successful scholar in the process of seeking knowledge.
