Abstract

This study aims to describe how the headmaster's efforts in increasing the creativity of teacher learning. Methodology in research that uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Sources of data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of the head of madrasa in increasing the creativity of teacher learning are: Providing motivation, supervision or supervision of teachers, providing guidance and development, giving rewards or awards for creative teachers, creating a pleasant working atmosphere, and also providing freedom. With all the efforts made by the head of this madrasa, the creativity of teacher learning in the classroom will increase, and with this increase it means that the task of an educator in particular has been achieved and the task of the school as an educational institution in general has also been running as a common goal, namely the management education, and also the community as users of educational services.
