Abstract

School as a social organization is the view of the school as a formal organization. This view will have implications for how to treat/manage schools. Organizational management will be oriented to how to condition people in the organization to be dynamic, interdependent on each other, have dynamic relationships both internally and externally, adapt and shape the school's organizational culture. The basic concept that needs to be observed and considered in a system and organization in schools is by implementing classroom management, namely the placement of individuals, groups, and environmental factors that influence them. The teacher's duties such as controlling, regulating or disciplining students are actions that are no longer appropriate to be applied at this time. Now the most important teacher activity is managing, organizing, and coordinating all student activities towards learning goals. Managing the classroom is a skill that must be possessed by teachers in deciding, understanding, diagnosing and the ability to act towards improving the classroom atmosphere on aspects of classroom management.
